1. Scope and Responsible Entity
This Privacy Policy applies to the EStore mobile application for Android and iOS, the EStore website, and all related services. It explains how we collect, use, protect, share, retain, and delete personal information.

Some information is required to create an account, sign in, complete an order, or deliver purchased products. Optional information, such as a profile picture, does not have to be provided unless you choose to use the relevant feature.

After an account-deletion request has been verified and accepted, personal account data associated with the user will normally be deleted or anonymized within a maximum of 30 days.
Certain order, invoice, payment, return, refund, fraud-prevention, or transaction records may be retained for up to five years, or for a longer period when required by applicable law.
These records are retained only for legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. They will be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer required.
Backup copies may remain temporarily after deletion until they are removed through our normal backup-rotation and security procedures.

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion request. Subject to successful verification and applicable legal exceptions, the request will be completed within a maximum of 30 days.
Deleting your account does not require us to delete records that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Any retained records will be limited to the information and retention period necessary for those purposes.

Subject to applicable law and necessary identity verification, you may request to:
- Access the personal information associated with your EStore account.
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Delete your EStore account and associated personal information.
- Ask questions or submit concerns about how your information is processed.
- Object to certain uses of your information where such a right is available.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing where applicable.
Some requests may be restricted when retaining or processing information is required by law, necessary to complete a transaction, or needed to protect the rights, safety, and security of EStore and its users.
11. Children’s Privacy
EStore is not designed or directed toward children, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that a child’s personal information has been collected without an appropriate legal basis or required parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Some service providers may process or store information in a country other than the country where you live. When this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the information is handled with appropriate safeguards and in accordance with applicable law.
