Refund Policy


At Estore, your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we provide a clear and flexible return and exchange policy:


1. Return Period

​You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours from the date of receiving the product.


2. Return Conditions

​ The product must be in its original condition and unused.

​ The product must include all its original accessories (packaging, manuals, warranty, accessories).

​ The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.


3. Non-Returnable Products

​ Opened or used products (such as headphones or software).

​ Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

​ Products classified as special orders or customized upon the customer’s request.


4. Return Procedure

​ The product will be inspected within 3 business days after it is received.

​ If the return request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 48 business hours, depending on the payment method used.


5. Additional Notes

​ Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.

​ If the product is received damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours.
