You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours from the date of receiving the product.
2. Return Conditions
The product must be in its original condition and unused.
The product must include all its original accessories (packaging, manuals, warranty, accessories).
The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Opened or used products (such as headphones or software).
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products classified as special orders or customized upon the customer’s request.
4. Return Procedure
The product will be inspected within 3 business days after it is received.
If the return request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 48 business hours, depending on the payment method used.
5. Additional Notes
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.
