Product Return Policy – Estore

At Estore, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you receive a product that does not match the specifications or description displayed on our store, you may benefit from the following return policy:


1. Eligible Mismatch Cases

​ Receiving a product that differs from the order (specifications different from the description).

​ Receiving a product in a different color, model, or version than requested.

​ Missing essential product accessories.


2. Reporting Period

​ You must report the product mismatch within 24 hours from the date of receipt.


3. Conditions for Return Acceptance

​ The product must be unused and in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

​ The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

​ Clear photos must be submitted showing the product condition and the issue.


4. Return Procedure

​ After receiving the return request and inspecting the product, it will be replaced or the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

​ The company will cover the shipping and return costs if the product mismatch is confirmed.
