At Estore, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you receive a product that does not match the specifications or description displayed on our store, you may benefit from the following return policy:
1. Eligible Mismatch Cases
Receiving a product that differs from the order (specifications different from the description).
Receiving a product in a different color, model, or version than requested.
Missing essential product accessories.
2. Reporting Period
You must report the product mismatch within 24 hours from the date of receipt.
3. Conditions for Return Acceptance
The product must be unused and in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Clear photos must be submitted showing the product condition and the issue.
4. Return Procedure
After receiving the return request and inspecting the product, it will be replaced or the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
The company will cover the shipping and return costs if the product mismatch is confirmed.
